February 2019 Resident Manager of the Month

We are pleased to announce that the Emerald Management & Realty Ltd.’s Resident Manager of the Month for February 2019 is … Marty W.!

 

Marty has managed Lee Moe Manor for many years and provide excellent service to the rental apartment building residents.  Located in Calgary, Marty ensures all safety issues and property maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner. 

 

Marty is known for taking on odd jobs around the building and working closely with his property manager to  build on equity and enjoyment for all involved.  We are fortunate to work with Marty and have him taking care of this property.
