Payment Options

Condominium contributions and/or rent is due on the first of every month by the end of the business day. To help ensure that payments are paid on time every month, we accept:

• Post-dated cheques,
• Pre-authorized debit transaction,
• Money order,
• Certified cheque,
• Credit card: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit. (Note: There is a 3% processing fee on top of the payment as well online payments will not be refunded nor will the processing fee), and
• Attend in person at Emerald Management & Realty Ltd.’s office to pay with Interac,

Please note: For the safety of our team members, we adhere to a strict NO CASH POLICY. No cash is ever kept on site.
