The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) is the governing body for Alberta’s real estate brokerage, mortgage brokerage and property management licensees. RECA is committed to and promotes the integrity of the industry and protecting consumers.
The Calgary Residential Rental Association (CRRA) is a non-profit organization formed in 1959 and registered under the Societies Act of the Province of Alberta. Under the leadership of an elected volunteer Board of Directors, they provide a strong voice for the residential rental industry through appropriate representation. Their educational programs, resources and support services enhance professionalism within the industry. Emerald Management & Realty Ltd. is a longtime member of The Calgary Residential Rental Association.
The Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) is a national, independent, non-profit organization dealing exclusively with condominium issues.
CCI has developed standards of competence in six key areas pertaining to condominium life. These spheres cover law, accounting, property management, insurance, real estate and building sciences. Through education and examination, CCI extends Professional Associate status upon those of its members who attain the required standard (ACCI)

Accredited Condominium Managers of Alberta (ACMA)
The Accredited Condominium Managers of Alberta was registered as an association under THE SOCIETIES ACT in 1997. It is a not for profit association of business agents who act for condominium corporations as their clients and other service providers to the condominium community.
