Giving Back in Calgary: Our 2025 Community Fund Program
At Emerald Management & Realty Ltd., supporting the Calgary community is at the heart of what we do. As a Calgary-based property management company, we believe giving back locally helps build stronger neighbourhoods and more connected communities.
Now in its sixth year, our Community Involvement Fund Program is our way of giving back during the holiday season. Instead of traditional holiday gifts, we direct our support toward local Calgary charities that make a meaningful difference for individuals, families, and children across the city.
A Community Fund Program Built by Our Calgary Community
Each year, we invite nominations from our team members, residents, and valued clients. This approach ensures our charitable giving reflects the real needs and causes that matter most to the communities where we live and work.
For 2025, we’re proud to support the following Calgary-based charitable organizations:
- HomeFront Calgary – Works with police and justice partners to help individuals and families break the cycle of domestic violence and live safely free from abuse.
- Brown Bagging for Calgary Kids – Provides free, nutritious lunches to school-aged children facing food insecurity in Calgary, helping them focus, learn, and grow.
- Calgary Dream Centre – Offers recovery programs, supportive housing, and community supports to individuals overcoming addiction, homelessness, and despair.
- Children’s Miracle Network – Raises funds and awareness to support local children’s hospitals, helping fund critical treatments, pediatric equipment, research, and family-centred care.
- Calgary Outlink – Provides peer support, education, outreach, and resources for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and allies to build connection, leadership, and community in Calgary.
- CUPS Calgary – Delivers integrated health, housing, and family support services to help Calgarians affected by poverty, trauma, and systemic barriers improve well-being and self-sufficiency.

As a property management and condominium management company rooted in Calgary, we see firsthand how community organizations strengthen the city we serve.
