At Emerald Management & Realty Ltd., community care is at the heart of what we do. This August and September 2025, we are proud to champion a Clothing Drive in support of two incredible Calgary organizations: Making Changes Association (Making Changes YYC) and Dress for Success Calgary (Dress for Success YYC). Both organizations play a transformative role in empowering women and families through clothing, confidence, and community support—values closely aligned with our own.
Strengthening Community Through Purpose
Our team believes that small acts of generosity can inspire big change. By partnering with Making Changes YYC and Dress for Success YYC, our goal is to make a meaningful contribution to individuals who are preparing for employment, transitioning into new opportunities, or building stability for themselves and their families.
These organizations provide essential programs—from career training to professional attire—that help women and newcomers thrive. Your donations directly support these missions and uplift community members on their journey toward independence and economic empowerment.
What We Are Collecting
We invite our residents, industry partners, and community members to take part by donating new or gently used:
- Professional and business-casual clothing
- Shoes and handbags
- Winter jackets and warm layering pieces
- Jewellery and accessories
- New cosmetics, hygiene items, and undergarments (in packaging)
- Seasonal outerwear for women and families
- Career-ready outfits and wardrobes
Every item has the power to boost confidence and help someone take their next step toward success.
How to Participate
Donations can be dropped off at the Emerald Management & Realty Ltd. office during regular business hours. Our team will ensure all clothing and accessories are delivered directly to Making Changes YYC and Dress for Success YYC for sorting and distribution.
Whether you donate one item or a full bag, your contribution makes a real difference in supporting women building brighter futures.
