This year, our team proudly participated in #PinkShirtDay, joining the national movement to stand against bullying and promote kindness in our workplaces and communities.
A Simple Message, a Big Impact
To honour the spirit of Pink Shirt Day, team members wore pink and took a moment to express kindness, encouragement, or appreciation. Throughout the office, pink Post-it notes appeared like small acts of gratitude—covering doors, desks, shared spaces, and bulletin boards with positive messages such as:

These small words carried a big message: kindness matters.
