An outstanding team player, Brent is responsible and works well with Emerald contractors, trades and and building residents. Brent is a great communicator and efficient with building tasks. His prompt response to tenant concerns highlights his communication skills and efficiency. This is also demonstrated by regular contact with his property manger to address issues and maintenance items.
Brent has also successfully engaged with prospective tenants looking for Calgary rentals. The building’s vacancy issue has improved consistently month over month. Thank you Brent for a job well done. Your efforts are very much appreciated!
