Congratulations to October’s Resident Manager of the Month

We are pleased to announce that the Resident Manager of the month is Lance M. of The Prestige apartments.

Lance has been the resident manager of this 46 unit building for 15 months. He is well liked by the tenants and receives many compliments from them about his work at the building.

Lance has been a great asset during recent renovations of 17 units at the building, from scheduling work to coordinating deliveries.

Recently the Prestige was chosen as the winner of the Major Building Assessment Review, a direct result of Lance’s efforts.  Lance was also very helpful with a contest held for residents to thank them for their support during recent building renovations.
