Building Assessment Review Contest
Emerald Management & Realty Ltd. is in the midst of it’s annual Building Assessment Review for 2019.
During this time a contest is being held for the Property Managers and their teams. The contest runs runs all summer long and ends in September. The contest takes into consideration the condition of the exterior of all the multi-unit residential properties and the transformations achieved.
Property Managers will need to engage with the Resident Managers and maintenance team members to achieve the goal of an attractive and clean exterior.
The rental properties we manage in Calgary and area, help to define our reputation. With this in mind, we strive to keep the curb appeal top notch for the residence and revenue property owners.
The summer months are an excellent time to make improvements to the landscaped areas. Simple touches to beautify the grounds can be achieved by planting flowers, creating plant beds and shrub accents.
Keeping that in mind, we also want to make sure we are keeping up with the lawn maintenance and exterior repairs to fences, painting, etc.,. A well kept building helps with safety and attracts quality tenants.
